Coaching for Teams

In today’s fast-paced and ever-connected business world it can be very difficult to strike the right balance between looking after your team and looking after your business. Even for leaders and managers who value a leadership style that puts people first it can be hard to know how to do this consistently or how to make it an integral part of the company culture. Stress, burnout, and feeling disengaged from work is very common and has a detrimental effect on employees’ well-being, motivation, and ability to collaborate, solve problems or learn new skills.

I believe that in general people are good, do good and want to do good things for each other, so I work primarily with small businesses that put their people before profit and whose mission is to make a positive difference in the world and push humanity forward. With my coaching sessions for teams I aim to support small businesses and start-ups that are people-focused, care about making mental well-being at work a priority, and want to build a business that can do good because its employees feel good.

  • You are looking someone to give you all the answers, fix the problems within your team and tell you what to do

  • You or your team are reluctant to examine how team members interact and how this affects the team as a whole

  • You or your team are not willing to do the work, complete agreed tasks or show up on time for our sessions

  • You or your team are not open to change and trying a new approach to your problems

  • Your business is putting profits before people

Whether your goal is to develop your leadership skills, to build a better team, or to improve work culture and support your team better, through coaching sessions for you and your team we can work towards your goal and improve your business.

We will have weekly or fortnightly coaching sessions via Zoom and if needed we can also meet face-to-face, either with you individually or with the entire team. I will also be available in between sessions via WhatsApp to support you and your team.
